  • The shop is great, and the volunteers are appreciated

  • Great wee shop, volunteers do great, very much appreciated

  • great shop

  • Brilliant shop with a fantastic range of products. Great volunteers too. A huge success for our village.

  • I think the village would lose its daily hub – some of the older folk come and get a bit of social interaction. They are sometimes a bit lonely and isolated. It means folk would have to go somewhere outside the village for their shopping and if you’ve not got a car and rely on public transport or the delivery service (means people have to know how to order shopping online and not everybody does). A lot of people like to see what they are buying. Having a shop adds value to the village and to the property prices as well as making it more attractive to families which we need.

  • It's a great shop - hugely appreciate the volunteers who run it

  • Feel it is a bit expensive but the selection has improved

  • Great asset for the village and essential for the community
